During support for Korea physical inventory process below given issues are observed.

1. User not able to generate the physical inventory document.
2. Not able to take the print out of inventory document.
3. User completed the physical inventory document (6000000190) with wrong counted qty.

Resolution

1. User not able to generate the physical inventory document.
Understand that, user not aware of annual physical inventory process. Explained about the transaction to create the physical inventory document.

2. Not able to take the print out of inventory document.
This issue is particularly for storage type OPN. OPN storage type contains only one storage bin OPEN. This OPEN bin contained more than 99 quants (materials). If a physical inventory document contains more than 99 line items not possible print the document. OPEN contained more than 99 quants and each quant acts as one line item. So document contained more than 100 line items, due to which not able print the document. As a work around solution taken the data of physical inventory document from table and given in Excel sheet to complete physical count.

3. User completed the physical inventory document (6000000190) with wrong counted qty.
Since already document is completed not able recount againt this document. So advised to generate the physical inventory document manually for which posted with wrong quantities.
